Bandhan Bank has hiked the interest rates on its fixed deposits. Talking about the hike, the bank said that it is now offering an attractive interest rate of up to 8.55% on Fixed Deposits (FD) for a tenure of one year, positioning itself among the leading banks in the industry regarding FD interest rates.
Senior citizen customers will benefit from the highest rate of 8.55%, while other customers will receive an interest rate of 8.05% for the same duration.
Additionally, the Bank is providing a competitive interest rate of 7.75% for senior citizens on fixed deposits with a tenure of less than five years. For other customers, the interest rate for these term deposits is set at 7.25%.
These rates are considered some of the most favorable in the banking sector. Furthermore, Bandhan Bank offers a 7% interest rate on savings account balances exceeding Rs 10 lakh.
