Air India has just kicked off its new daily, non-stop flights between Delhi and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
The inaugural flight, operated by an Airbus A320neo, touched down in Kuala Lumpur at 8:43 PM local time on September 15, 2024.
This new route marks Air India’s sixth destination in Southeast Asia, boosting its presence in the region and expanding its global network. The service provides an additional travel option for those flying between India and Malaysia, and opens up new connections for Malaysian passengers looking to tap into Air India’s global network across five continents.
Nipun Aggarwal, Air India’s Chief Commercial Officer, commented, “We look forward to welcoming guests aboard from India and Malaysia, as well as from North America and Europe who will now find a convenient way to connect to and from Kuala Lumpur via our hub in Delhi.”
The new flights also offer smooth, one-stop connections for travelers from North America and Europe via Delhi.
