In a shocking video, two autorickshaw drivers were caught engaging in a fight with a traffic police constable in Ulhasnagar of Thane district on Friday, September 7. The heated argument triggered violence with autorickshaw drivers assaulting the on-duty traffic guard, the video showed.
According to the traffic guards, the drivers were harassing a woman and had parked their auto rickshaw in the middle of the road, violating the traffic norms.

The locals claimed that while the police were moving to lodge a complaint about the auto-rickshaw drivers late evening, they demanded a cross-complaint to be filed against the cop.

The video showed the rickshaw driver misbehaving with the cop. Soon after, another rickshaw driver joined the brawl and both drivers manhandled the constable. At this, a rickshaw driver slapped the constable.
On seeing the fight, a traffic warden rushed to the rescue of the constable being beaten up by the rickshaw drivers. According to sources, the police have filed a complaint and detained one of the autorickshaw drivers for a criminal offence.
