Seated majestically on the throne, Lord Ganesha graces the pandal with divine presence, exuding an aura of grace and serenity. Housed in the famous Putlabai Chawl, Lalbaugcha Raja is considered one of the most revered Ganesh mandals in Mumbai, attracting millions of devotees.
The history of Lalbaugcha Raja dates back to 1934 when it became the popular Ganesh Idol of Lalbaugcha Raja Sarvajanik Ganeshotsav Mandal. Located at Putlabai Chawl, this worship place has been a beacon of faith for devotees. The Kambli family has dutifully cared for the Lalbaugcha Raja Ganapati idol for over eight decades, preserving its legacy and significance.
