With this new move, Air India has adopted the latest 21.3 schema from the International Air Transport Association (IATA), which will revolutionize how it sells tickets and services.

This new technology will allow Air India to offer a more personalized and efficient booking experience for both leisure and business travelers. The NDC system, backed by IATA, uses an advanced XML-based standard, giving travel agents access to a wider range of services like exclusive flight deals, add-ons, and tailored packages.
