Hyundai Motor India has expanded its popular Creta lineup with the launch of the new Knight Edition, priced from Rs 14.50 lakh. This special edition comes with a host of visual upgrades that distinguish it from the standard Creta models, without changing the SUV’s core mechanicals, dimensions, or performance. This special edition offers about 21 changes. Let’s take a look at what’s new.

Hyundai Creta Knight: What’s new
The Creta Knight Edition gets a stunning all-black treatment, both inside and out. On the exterior, the front fascia features a dark-themed design with a blacked-out grille, skid plates, and a matte black Hyundai logo. The black theme continues on the side profile, with blacked-out ORVMs, roof rails, and 17-inch black alloy wheels with contrasting red brake calipers. The sporty look is further enhanced by black side sills, C-pillar garnish, and a black spoiler. A Knight emblem is also present on the exterior.

Inside, the Knight Edition carries over the dark theme with an all-black cabin complemented by brass-coloured inserts. The sporty look is carried through with metal pedals, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, and a gear knob featuring brass stitching. The seats are also finished in black leatherette with brass-coloured stitching.

Hyundai Creta Knight: Engine and price
The 2024 Hyundai Creta Knight is powered by two engine options: a 1.5-litre NA petrol engine and a 1.5-litre diesel engine. These will be available with several transmission options including a six-speed manual, an IVT, or a six-speed torque converter AT.
Besides that, the Creta Knight Edition offers the Titan Grey Matte colour for an additional Rs 5,000, while a dual-tone paint option is available for an extra Rs 15,000. The pricing for the Knight Edition ranges from Rs 14.50 lakh to Rs 20.14 lakh, depending on the variant and additional options selected. For the petrol engine, the Creta Knight S(O) MT is priced at Rs 14.5 lakh, while the S(O) IVT variant costs Rs 16 lakh. The SX(O) MT is available at Rs 17.42 lakh, and the SX(O) IVT is priced at Rs 18.88 lakh. For the 1.5L U2 CRDi diesel engine, the Creta Knight S(O) MT is priced at Rs 16.08 lakh, while the S(O) AT comes at Rs 17.58 lakh. The SX(O) MT variant costs Rs 18.99 lakh, and the SX(O) AT is available for Rs 20.14 lakh. All prices are ex-showroom.
