Realme has confirmed the design as well as some key specs of the phone ahead of launch.
Realme will launch its next phone in India on September 9, 2024. It will be called the Realme Narzo 70 Turbo 5G. The naming scheme seems to suggest that it would be a more powerful version of the Realme Narzo 70 Pro 5G which was launched in March. Realme has confirmed the design as well as some key specs of the phone ahead of launch.
Realme Narzo 70 Turbo 5G: Key specs confirmed
The Narzo 70 Turbo 5G seems focused on providing “turbo” performance with what’s being billed as the “fastest chipset in its segment” aka the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Energy. The same processor powers the Realme 13 Plus 5G, too, which was launched very recently in India. Realme makes no mention of a “GT mode” for gaming in the Narzo though it does talk about an “innovative turbo technology.” We’ll just have to wait and watch what that means for end-users.

Realme Narzo 70 Turbo 5G: Design details
Realme has revealed the full design of the Narzo 70 Turbo 5G ahead of launch. The phone will come with a “motorsport-inspired” design with the hero colour boasting of a black and yellow dual-tone back panel. The chassis is flat and about 7.6mm in thickness. The screen has a hole punch cutout at the centre. More details about screen size and other details remain a mystery for now.

September 9: Multiple launches in pipeline
September 9 seems packed and buzzing with tech launches. The biggest tech unveil will of course be of the iPhone 16, iPhone 16 Plus, iPhone 16 Pro, and iPhone 16 Pro Max at Apple’s “It’s Glowtime” event set for 10:30 PM Indian standard time. Motorola will also launch the Moto Razr 50 foldable flip phone in the country on the same day.
