The Stellantis-owned Maserati has added a brand new model in the lineup for Indian customers named the new-gen GranTurismo. The supercar has been launched in two trims – Modena and Trofeo.
The model can be purchased at the starting price of R 2.72 crore, while the top model goes up to Rs 2.90 crore ( all ex-showroom). Interested customers now can reserve the vehicle from authorised showrooms nationwide.
Design
Visually, the latest offering has a lot of common elements from the MC20 supercar. It gets a similar front grill, featuring a chrome finish company’s logo at the front, complimented by an impressive LED headlight setup with integrated DRLs.
The newly launched new-gen GranTurismo runs on 20-inch alloy wheels at the front, while the rear comes with a 21-inch as standard. It makes it look quite aesthetic in its segment, putting extra feather to its cap.

Interior
Jumping inside, the model offers a long list of notable features. The list includes a multi-functional 3-spoke flat-bottom steering wheel, a 12.2-inch digital instrument cluster and a robust 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system. The unit is capable of supporting all the wireless car connection technology including Android, Auto and Apple car play.
Interested customers also can opt for a head-up display and Sonus fabre audio system as these are available as options.
Engine and Power
Under the hood, the all-new GranTurismo uses a 3.0-litre twin-turbo V6 engine. It churns out a maximum power of 483 BHP and 600 Nm of peak torque. The company claims that the vehicle is capable of doing 0-100 km/h sprint in just 3.9 seconds, and has a top speed of 302 km/h.
