Aly Goni and Natasa Stankovic were once a popular couple. They even appeared together on Nach Baliye season 9. However, their relationship ended shortly after the show, leaving fans wondering why they parted ways. Recently, Aly Goni shed some light on the reason behind their breakup during an appearance on Bharti Singh and Haarsh Limbachiyaa’s podcast. Although Aly didn’t directly mention Natasa’s name, he provided insight into the reason for their split. He revealed that his previous relationship, which was very serious, ended because his partner wanted them to live separately from his family after marriage.

“Jo mera isse pahle bhi relation tha, voh bahut hi serious tha. Uska reason hi yahi tha ke usne mujhe bola ke ‘yaar jab hum shaadi kareinge future mein hum alag raheinge’. Voh cheez mujhe nahi jami (My previous relationship was very serious. The reason we broke up was that she told me that we would live separately. I did not agree to it),” Aly shared.
Aly, who is currently part of the show Laughter Chefs, emphasised that his strong family values were the key reason for the breakup. He explained that he is deeply committed to his family and cannot imagine living separately from them. “Main apne family ko saath leke chalunge jahab bhi jaaunga. Main family ko alag nahi kar sakte. Main nahi chod sakta, chahe duniya ki koi bhi taakat aa jaaye (I will take my family along wherever I go. I cannot separate from my family. I can’t leave them, come what may),” he added.
Currently, Aly is in a happy relationship with actress Jasmin Bhasin. They became friends to lovers in Bigg Bos 14.
Meanwhile, Natasa Stankovic recently went through a separation from her cricketer husband Hardik Pandya. The couple, who married in May 2020 and renewed their vows in February 2023, announced their separation in July 2024. Despite their split, they remain committed to co-parenting their 4-year-old son, Agastya. Natasa has since moved to her hometown in Serbia with Agastya, while Hardik is rumored to be dating singer Jasmin Walia.
