The registration of the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is all set to start today, August 21. Under the Delhi Development Authority’s Dwarka Housing Scheme 2024, the authority will sell 173 Middle-Income Groups (MIG), High-Income Groups (HIG) and high-category (including penthouse) flats through e-auction in sectors 14, 16B and 19B.
The online auction will be held from September 24 to 26. The starting price of these 173 flats is Rs 1.2 crore. Application for these flats can be made through the DDA website. As per reports, from August 21 to 23 a demo session will be organised for interested customers to participate in the e-auction of these flats. The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) amount has been fixed at Rs 10 lakh for MIG flats, Rs 15 lakh for HIG flats, Rs 20 lakh for super HIG flats and Rs 25 lakh for penthouses. Registration of the 173 flats will begin today along with the EMD.

Under three housing schemes, DDA will offer around 40,000 flats in total. Most of the units that were built in the last few years have remained unsold. All these flats are freehold properties. 34,000 units in various sectors of Narela, Ramgarh Colony, Sirsapur, Lok Nayak Puram and Rohini will be available for sale under DDA’s Sasta Ghar Housing Scheme 2024.
Under DDA’s Sasta Ghar Housing Scheme 2024, there are 34,177 flats with prices starting at Rs 11.5 lakh up to Rs 28.47 lakh. Registration for this scheme will begin on August 22 at 11 am and booking of the flats will begin from September 10 at 11 am. The scheme will close on March 31, 2025. The Sasta Ghar Housing Scheme 2024 offers LIG and Economically Weaker Section (EWS) flats at discounted rates.

DDA General Housing Scheme will sell 5,400 flats in Jasola, Lok Nayak Puram and Narela under the General Housing Scheme 2024. The starting price of HIG, MIG, LIG and EWS flats under this scheme has been kept at Rs 29 lakh. The registration fee is Rs 2,500 while the booking amount has been fixed at Rs 50,000 for EWS, Rs 1 Lakh for LIG, Rs 4 lakh for MIG and Rs 10 lakh for HIG.
