If you’re a member of the Employees’ Provident Fund (EPF) and are looking to apply for a monthly pension, you’ll need to complete Form 10D.
This form, provided by the Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO), is crucial for claiming a pension under the Employees’ Pension Scheme (EPS) 1995.
It must be filled out by the primary claimant, which could be the member themselves, a widow or widower, an orphan, a nominee, or other eligible individuals.
To avoid delays, it is essential to submit all necessary paperwork accurately. To access Form 10D online, applicants must ensure their account has e-nomination, is KYC compliant, and that their Universal Account Number (UAN) is updated with correct information.
