The company had pledged to provide these flats in March 2019 as a tribute to the brave soldiers who made the ultimate sacrifice for their country.
ATS Homekraft, a prominent developer in the National Capital Region, officially transferred the ownership of apartments to five families of the martyrs of the Pulwama Attack on the auspicious occasion of the 78th Independence Day. The families have received their new homes at ATS Happy Trails in Noida. The company had pledged to provide these flats in March 2019 as a tribute to the brave soldiers who made the ultimate sacrifice for their country.
In March 2019 the Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI) had pledged to give at least 30 flats to the families of CRPF personnel who were martyred in the attack. ATS Infrastructure had pledged 5 flats to the families — in Greater Noida’s Happy Trails project.
Expressing his delight at the handover, ATS Group’s Chairman Getamber Anand said, “It is an honour and privilege to deliver homes to the families of our brave soldiers who laid down their lives for the nation. Providing these homes is a small token of our gratitude for their immense sacrifice. We hope this gesture brings some solace to the families and strengthens their resolve.”
“We believe in giving back to society, and this initiative is a testament to our commitment. We stand united with the families in their grief and hope that these new homes will provide them with a sense of belonging and security,” he further added.
Martyr Kaushik Kumar Rawat’s daughter Ms. Apoorva said, “When we got a house from ATS, it felt like a burden on our shoulders was lifted. We are extremely happy. It is such a relief having a roof over your head. Having a home is so important, we finally have that security. Thank you ATS for this big and great initiative.”
