Rs 4000 cr IPO from JSW Group! Cement arm’s issue to be bigger than JSW Infra – Details

JSW Cement IPO: Around a year after JSW Group’s infrastructure arm got listed on NSE, BSE, the cement arm of the conglomerate is eyeing a D-Street debut. JSW Cement has filed for a massive Rs 4,000 crore initial public offering (IPO) with market regulator Securities and Exchange Board of India.

JSW Infrastructure had last year in September launched its Rs 2800 crore offering which was a fresh issue of 23.53 crore shares. The price band for JSW Infra’s public offer was Rs 113–119 per share, with a lot size of 126 shares and a minimum investment of Rs 14,994. On October 3, 2023, the company got listed on both the BSE and NSE.
