The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) on Thursday extended the deadline for fresh admissions and re-registration for the July 2024 session. The new deadline is now August 31.

Applicants for Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) courses must provide the following documents:
- Scanned Photograph (less than 100 KB)
- Scanned Signature (less than 100 KB)
- Scanned Copy of Relevant Educational Qualification (less than 200 KB)
- Scanned Copy of Experience Certificate (if applicable) (less than 200 KB)
- Scanned Copy of Category Certificate (if SC/ST/OBC) (less than 200 KB)

New admissions for undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, and certificate programs should be processed through these portals. Existing students needing to re-register for the next semester or academic year must use the re-registration portal to continue their studies without interruption.
