Upcoming IPOs: There’s a buzz in the IPO market with several big issues. The primary market is set to be busy next week with three upcoming IPOs, the subscription closing of four IPOs, and the listing of seven IPOs. The subscription for Ola Electric IPO of Rs 4,193 crore has begun from August 02, 2024 until August 06, 2024.

Unicommerce eSolutions Limited IPO

Service provider for businesses UniCommerce eSolutions Limited is raising around 276.57 crore from primary market via IPO. The issue will open between August 06, 2024 to August 08, 2024. Unicommerce eSolutions Limited IPO price band is set of Rs 102 to Rs 108. Shares of Unicommerce eSolutions Limited IPO will be listed on August 13, 2024 on both BSE and NSE.

Brainbees Solutions Limited IPO (Firstcry IPO)

Parent company of FirstCry “Brainbees Solutions Limited” will launch its IPO of Rs 4,193 crore between August 06, 2024 to August 08, 2024. Brainbees Solutions Limited IPO price band is set for Rs 440 to Rs 465 crore. Shares of Brainbees Solutions Limited IPO will be listed on August 13, 2024 on both BSE and NSE.

Upcoming SME IPO:

Aesthetik Engineers Limited IPO

The only SME “IPO Aesthetik Engineers Limited IPO” will open for subscription between August 08, 2024 to August 12, 2024. Aesthetik Engineers Limited IPO price band is set for Rs 55 to Rs 58. The issue size is of Rs 26.47 crore. Shares of Aesthetik Engineers Limited IPO will be listed on August 16, 2024 on NSE SME.
