According to Magicbricks’ latest property evaluation tool PropWorth, in the last one year, the average property prices in Sector 4 of Dwarka have risen by 23.2%, reaching INR 11,970 per square foot.
Dwarka, Greater Kailash, and Uttam Nagar are highly sought-after locations in Delhi for individuals looking to own a home. This is primarily because of their excellent connectivity to mass transit systems, making commuting easy and convenient. Additionally, these areas are located close to major employment hubs, further adding to their appeal.

According to Magicbricks’ latest property evaluation tool PropWorth, in the last one year, the average property prices in Sector 4 of Dwarka have risen by 23.2%, reaching INR 11,970 per square foot. Meanwhile, Sector 10 in Dwarka has experienced a 19.7% increase, with current rates at INR 12,386 per square foot.
Additionally, property rates in Sector 6 of Dwarka have surged by 23.9% over the same period, now standing at INR 12,122 per square foot. In contrast, Sector 23B of Dwarka has seen a modest increase of 1.7%, with prices currently at INR 8,193 per square foot.

Uttam Nagar remains one of the most cost-effective areas in the city, experiencing a slight 2% increase in price to reach an average of INR 4,367 per square foot.
Property prices in Delhi rose by 4.3% QoQ between April-June 2024, reaching INR 17,229 per square foot from INR 16,525 per square foot in the previous quarter, as reported by the portal.

According to Magicbricks’ PropIndex report, Luxury Homes projects (Greater Kailash 1) HCS Nature Plus, and DLF Chattarpur Farms (in Chattarpur) were the most sought-after projects in the city during this period.
