Dividend Declared: Accelya Solutions India Ltd., a global software provider to the airline industry, has announced a final dividend of Rs 40 per equity share for the financial year 2023-24.

“We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today, has recommended final dividend of Rs. 40 per share, subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting,” the IT company said in its exchange filing dated July 26.
Accelya Solutions has fixed a record date to determine the eligibility of shareholders who would be entitled to receive the dividend. It has also fixed a payment date for the same.

Accelya Solutions has consistently rewarded its shareholders since the past 16 years.
The company had declared an interim dividend of Rs 25 earlier this year in January. In calendar year 2023, the IT company announced dividends on two occasions – Rs 35 in February and Rs 30 in October. Prior to that in 2022 as well, the company declared dividends on two occasions – Rs 17 in February and Rs 45 in October.
At the current market price, Accelya Solutions’ dividend yield is 2.9 per cent.
