Due to Bhadra Kaal, the auspicious time is being questioned. What will happen if someone ties a Rakhi at this time? Famous astrologer Pandit Rakesh Sharma explained about this phenomenon.

This time Raksha Bandhan will be celebrated on August 19, 2024. Bhadra Kaal is considered inauspicious according to the Hindu calendar. It is forbidden to do any auspicious work during this time. Pandit Rakesh Sharma explains, “The time of Bhadra Kaal is considered inauspicious and no important work like marriage, tonsure or tying a Rakhi should be done during this time. This will have an inauspicious effect and there may be obstacles in work”.

Another Astrologer Pandit Kalki Ram from Ayodhya also said, “This time the wrath of Bhadra Kaal will fall on Raksha Bandhan. Bhadra Kaal will be from 7:30 am to 1:30 pm. Tying of Rakhi is prohibited during this time”.

If someone ties Rakhi during the Bhadra period, the results may be inauspicious. Pandit Kalki Ram suggests, “Tying Rakhi during the Bhadra period can create a rift in the relationship between brother and sister. Also, this act can have unfavourable consequences and problems can arise in the life of brother and sister. Therefore, one should avoid tying Rakhi during the Bhadra period”.

After the end of the Bhadra period, the auspicious time for Rakshabandhan starts after 1:30 pm. This time is the best for tying Rakhi. Tying Rakhi during this time will bring auspicious results and the relationship between brother and sister will be strengthened.
