Vande Bharat Express News Today: Here comes a piece of good news for the passenger of Chhattisgarh. The Indian Railways announced a new Vande Bharat Express from Bilaspur to New Delhi. This has been done on the demand of MP Tokhan Sahu.

As per a report by patrika.com, first, a plan has been made to run the general Vande Bharat Express and then the sleeper Vande Bharat Express will start on this route.

Vande Bharat Express: Check Travel Time

The passengers travelling from Chhattisgarh to Delhi will benefit with the launch of the high-speed Vande Bharat Express from Bilaspur. With this new train, the travel time from Bilaspur to Delhi will be reduced in 10 hours. Till now it takes about 18-20 hours to reach Delhi by rail.

Two Vande Bharat Express Trains For Chhattisgarh

For Vande Bharat Express train, the work of coaching depot has started in Bilaspur and Gondia adjoining Chhattisgarh. Indian Railways said Chhattisgarh will get two Vande Bharat trains. The first train will go from Bilaspur to Delhi via Sampark Kranti route and the second train is running between Bilaspur and Nagpur.

Vande Bharat Express From Tatanagar to Patna

The South Eastern Railway Zone said it is going to launch a new Vande Bharat Express between Tatanagar and Patna. The Railway Board said that the preparations are underway for the Tatanagar-Patna Vande Bharat Express and an announcement is expected soon.

The Vande Bharat Express will launch services between Tatanagar in Jharkhand and Patna in Bihar and reduce travel time by half. The train’s rack has arrived in Chakradharpur.

The new train will revolutionise the travel for thousands of commuters and the train will run at a speed of 130–160 km/h and complete the entire journey in just six to seven hours.
