As per reports, Kartik Aaryan has signed Pati Patni Aur Woh 2, a sequel to his successful film Pati Patni Aur Woh.
Kartik Aaryan continues to captivate audiences with his diverse film choices, showcasing his versatility as an actor in the industry. Following the praise for his recent hit, Chandu Champion, where his performance impressed many, he is now set to embark on a project that holds personal significance for him. Fans can anticipate his return to the comedy genre, as Kartik has greenlit the sequel to the 2019 smash hit Pati Patni Aur Woh, which not only dominated the box office but also left viewers thoroughly entertained.

According to an insider familiar with the production, the screenplay for the sequel has been finalized, sparking high enthusiasm from Kartik as he gears up to revisit his character as the endearing small-town protagonist, “Kartik loved the script of PPAW 2 and, as soon as he gave his nod, the makers decided to get this one rolling soon. Knowing the actor’s tight schedule and several films lined up, the makers have secured his dates as soon as possible. Once Kartik wraps up shooting for Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, PPAW 2 will go on floors,” the source told Bollywood Hungama.
The 2019 film Pati Patni Aur Woh received immense love from audiences for its unconventional love narrative, with Kartik’s electrifying dance moves in the viral track ‘Dheeme Dheeme’ causing a frenzy online. The dance craze extended beyond just social media users, as even big names like Deepika Padukone and Hrithik Roshan were spotted grooving to the beats, enjoying the catchy steps.
