In an exchange filing earlier on April 25, 2024, UTI Asset Management Company Ltd informed that Board of Directors has in its meeting held on April 25, inter-alia recommended a final dividend of Rs 24 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2024 and additionally a special dividend of Rs 23 per equity share subject to the approval of the shareholders at the 21st Annual General Meeting of the Company.
“…recommended a final dividend of ₹24/- per equity share for the financial year ended 31st March, 2024 and additionally a special dividend of ₹23/- per equity share taking overall final dividend for financial year 2023-24 at ₹47 per equity shares subject to the approval of the shareholders at the 21st Annual General Meeting of the Company,” the company had said in the exchange filing.
The total dividend amounts for Rs 47.

UTI Asset Management Dividend 2024 Record Date
In another exchange filing on June 29, the company informed that the record date for the purpose of Final Dividend is Thursday, July 18, 2024.
“…the proposal to declare final dividend of Rs 24 per equity share of the face value Rs 10 each and an additional special dividend of Rs 23 per equity share of the face value Rs 10 each, taking overall dividend to Rs 47 per equity share of the face value Rs 10 each as recommended by the Board of Directors of the Company, out of the profits of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March, 2024 to those members whose name appears in the Company’s register of members / list of beneficial owners, as at the closure of business hours on Thursday, the 18th July, 2024, be and is hereby approved,” the company said in a notice.
UTI Asset Management Dividend 2024 Ex-Date
UTI Asset Management has set July 18 as the ex-date for the final dividend and special dividend of FY24.

UTI Asset Management Dividend 2024 Payment Date
The final dividend shall be paid, subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company at the 21st AGM to be held on Thursday, the 25th July, 2024 to those members: a. whose name appears in the statement of beneficial owners to be furnished by the Depositories in respect of the shares held in dematerialised form as at the end of business hours on Thursday, July 18, 2024; and
b. whose name appears as members in the Company’s register of members maintained by the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) of the Company on Thursday, July 18, 2024.
Dividend on equity shares, if declared by the shareholders, will be paid on or before Tuesday, July 30, 2024.
