HCL Technologies on Friday posted a 20.45 per cent jump year-on-year in its net profit to Rs 4,257 crore for the first quarter of the financial year 2024-25. Its revenue from operations during April-June 2024 rose 6.69 per cent to Rs 28,057 crore, against Rs 26,296 crore in the year ago period.

Its net profit had stood at Rs 3,534 crore in the corresponding period last year, according to a BSE filing.

The company’s Board of Directors has declared an interim dividend of Rs 12 per equity share of Rs 2 each of the company for the financial year 2024-25.

The Record date of July 23, 2024 fixed for the payment of the aforesaid interim dividend has been confirmed by the Board of Directors. The payment date of the said interim dividend shall be August 1, 2024.

The company expects FY25 annual revenue to grow between 3% and 5%.
