Out of these new projects, 2 projects are located in Jaipur, the third one is in Gurugram, and the fourth one is in Chennai.

Out of these projects, 2 projects are located in Jaipur. The first project is on the lines of elite homes and the second project is a kids-centric project. “Last year Ashiana had launched two senior living projects in Pune and Chennai. In the current fiscal, we are also looking at acquiring between 25 and 30 lakh sq ft for development,” said Ankur Gupta, Joint Managing Director, Ashiana Housing.
“Ashiana Housing Ltd currently operates five senior living projects in Bhiwadi (NCR), Lavasa (Pune), Chennai, and Jaipur, accommodating over 2,500 units and housing more than 2500 seniors. In the year 2023-24, the company achieved a revenue of Rs 1800 crore. We are expected to get Rs 2000 cr of revenue in the current financial year,” added Gupta.
