ICICI Bank Dividend 2024: ICICI Bank, second largest private sector bank in India has announced record date for the dividend on equity shares. Record date helps a company to determine the eligibility of the shareholders for the payment of the next dividend. Earlier, the board of directors of ICICI bank recommended a dividend of Rs 10 per equity share for its shareholders.

The stock ranged from an intraday high of Rs 1,234.90 to a low of Rs 898.85. The shares of the share of bank closed at Rs 1,199.80, down by 1.60 percent from the previous level of Rs 1,219.35 per share.
ICICI Bank Dividend 2024
ICICI Bank’s board of directors has recommended a dividend of Rs 10 per equity share of face value of Rs 2 for FY2024, the private lender said in a regulatory filing on April 27, 2024.
“…the Board recommended a dividend of 10 /- (Rupees Ten only) per equity share of face value of 2/- each, subject to requisite approvals…,” ICICI bank said in the filing.

ICICI Bank Record Date
The private lender has fixed record date for determining the names of members eligible for dividend on equity shares, declared at the AGM. The record date for the dividend payout will be 12th August, 2024.
“August 12, 2024, has been fixed as the Record Date for determining the names of Members eligible for dividend on equity shares, if declared at the AGM”, The company said in exchange filings.

ICICI Bank Dividend History
ICICI Bank has consistently been paying dividends to its investors. According to the BSE website, ICICI Bank in August 2023 paid a dividend of Rs 8 on each stock to its investors. In 2022, the private lender distributed a dividend of Rs 5 while in 2021, the bank rewarded its investors by giving a monetary reward of Rs 2 on each stock. In 2019, the bank paid Rs 1 and in 2018, it paid Rs 1.50.
ICICI Bank is a constituent of S&P BSE SENSEX. The shares have a 52-week range of Rs 1,169.30 – Rs 898.85 on BSE. The bank commands a market cap of Rs 8,09,361.58 crore as on May 1, as per BSE website.
