Uttarakhand Accident: A speeding car allegedly driven by a government official crashed into a parked vehicle, killing a woman and her two minor nieces, in Bourari area of Tehri district in Uttarakhand. The chilling car crash was captured on CCTV and the footage has gone viral on social media platforms.
In the viral CCTV clip, the white car, reportedly driven by a block development officer (BDO), is seen ramming into another car which is parked on the roadside. The impact of the crash is such that both vehicles turn turtle while one of the victims is flung like a ragdoll into sidewalk off the road, the video shows.

Police said the victims, Reena Negi (36), was taking a walk with her her two nieces — Anvita Negi (7) and Agrima Negi (10), on Monday evening when they were knocked down by a speeding car driven by Jakhnidhar BDO DP Chamoli.
