Rs 60 DIVIDEND Share: Sanitary ware product manufacturer Cera Sanitaryware has announced a dividend of Rs 60 per share for the financial year ended March 31, 2024. The record date is approaching and is set for next week.
CERA Sanitaryware, a provider of sanitary-ware products, offers a wide range of items including tiles, faucets, kitchen sinks, mirrors, shower panels, and shower enclosures. Its product portfolio also features high-end showers, steam cubicles, whirlpools, and faucets.

Cera Sanitaryware Dividend Announcement 2024
Cera Sanitaryware’s Board has recommended a dividend of Rs 60 per equity share for the financial year ended on March 31, 2024. The dividend, however, remains to be approved at the company’s annual general meeting.
“Recommended dividend of Rs 60/- (1200%) per fully paid-up equity share of Rs 5/- each for the year ended 31.03.2024,” said the company in an exchange filing.
The Rs 60 dividend represents 32.6 per cent of the company’s annual profits after tax (PAT).
“…the Board has approved the dividend of Rs 60 per share which is almost 32.6% of PAT,” the company CFO Vikas Kothari had said during a post-earnings conference call.
Cera Sanitaryware Dividend 2024 Record Date, Ex-date
The record date and ex-date for Cera Sanitaryware’s Rs 60 per share Dividend is June 25.
“Decided to convene 26th Annual General Meeting on Thursday, the 11th day of July, 2024 and book closure from 26th June, 2024 to 3rd July, 2024 (both days inclusive),” the company stated in an exchange filing.
A day before book closure period is record date. The record date is used to identify shareholders eligible to receive dividends. Only shareholders recorded on the company’s books as of the record date will receive dividends for that particular period.
Cera Sanitaryware Dividend 2024 Payment Date
Cera Sanitaryware has also said that, the dividend, if approved by the members at ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM), will be dispatched / remitted within 30 days from the date of declaration.
The company is scheduled to hold its next AGM on July 11.
Cera Sanitaryware Q4 2024 Quarterly Results
- Cera Sanitaryware’s profit after tax in the Q4FY24 rose to Rs 76 crore from Rs 63 crore reported in the Q4FY23.
- The company’s revenue from the operations stood at Rs 549 crore against Rs 536 crore reported in the corresponding quarter of FY23.
- Cera Sanitaryware’s EBITDA rose to Rs 84 crore in the quarter under review from Rs 80 crore reported in Q4FY23.
Cera Sanitaryware Dividend History
Cera Sanitaryware boasts a rich history of paying dividends to its shareholders. The BSE data showed that the company has paid a dividend of Rs 50 in 2023, a final dividend of Rs 20 & a special dividend of Rs 25 in 2022 its shareholders.
The company had paid a dividend of Rs 13 in 2021 and Rs 13 in 2020 to its shareholders.

Cera Sanitaryware is a constituent of S&P BSE 500 index on the BSE and Nifty 500 index on the NSE.
Its shares on Friday, June 21 jumped 10.29 per cent to close at Rs 9134.85 apiece on BSE.
