Tata Tech Dividend 2024: Record Date for Special Dividend This Week – Key Details to Check

Tata Tech Dividend 2024: Tata Technologies Limited will trade the ex date this week for the special and the final dividend it announced while declaring the quarterly and the year end earnings announcement. The global engineering services company registered 15.9 per cent growth in total operating revenue to Rs 5,117 crore in the last fiscal year. It reported profit before tax (PBT) at Rs 932 crore in FY24, a 17.1 per cent growth (year-on-year).

Tata Tech Dividend

The board recommended a final dividend of Rs 8.40 per equity share and a special dividend of Rs 1.65 per share. The company in a regulatory filing, said “The Board of Directors at its meeting held on May 3, 2024, had recommended a final dividend of Rs. 8.40 and special dividend of Rs. 1.65 per Equity share of Rs. 2 each of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2024, for approval by the shareholders at the AGM.”

Tata Tech Dividend Record Date

The company fixed June 13, Thursday as the record date to determine the eligibility of shareholders for the corporate action. “The Company has fixed Thursday, June 13, 2024, as the “Record Date” for the purpose of determining the entitlement of Members to receive final and special dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2024,” the company said in a statement.

Tata Tech Dividend Yield

The company has had a dividend yield of 0.79 per cent in the last 12 months at the current levels.
