IndiGo has announced a sale on domestic and international flights with fares starting at Rs 1,199. The sale will run from May 29 to May 31 for travel between July 1 and September 30.
Customers are also being offered exclusive discount of up to 20 percent on preferred seat selection charges, India’s biggest airline by market share said in a release.

IndiGo saw a 10 basis points rise in its market share in April from the year-ago period. Its market share is 60.6 percent, with the low-cost carrier flying 80 lakh passengers in April.
One basis point is one-hundredth of a percentage point.

During the month, India’s domestic air traffic rose 2.4 percent year on year to 132 lakh passengers, Directorate General of Civil Aviation data shows.
