New-Gen Jeep Compass Likely to Break Cover Soon, Here’s What to Expect

The American car manufacturer Jeep is likely to give a major update to its entire portfolio. It has been reported that the process will start from the Compass SUV, which is expected to receive the generation update later this year. However, the company yet to share the details about the same.

The report says the upcoming lineup will be created freshly, using the STLA-M platform of Stellantis. If rumors are to be believed, the company might introduce more powertrain options and might include mild-hybrid, plug-in hybrid, and even battery-powered models in the range.

Major Updates

Talking about the upcoming updates, the SUV is expected to flaunt the same signature style as the current generation, offering the same built quality, However, it is expected to feature some major noticeable cosmetic updates from both inside and outside. The vehicle is likely to become more boxier and might offer a more uplifted front fascia compared to the ongoing generation.

Interior

Jumping inside, the report says that the company might offer a completely new look to the cabin. It will be equipped with Peugeot’s windscreen i-cockpit layout and Vauxhall Grandland’s 16-inch widescreen setup, supported by all the wireless car connect technology.

Features

Some of the notable features such as dual climate control, wireless charging, 360-degree camera, and parking sensor among others, will be there to make every mile easy and fun.
