The video clip shows Nirmala Sitharaman standing in the coach and a few seconds later, a lady emerges from the rear coach, gently taps on her shoulder, and says bye to her.

According to the sources, the video was recorded when Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman was traveling on the Delhi Metro to Laxmi Nagar, East Delhi to visit the CA coaching classes.
