HDFC Bank UPI, mobile, net banking services: HDFC Bank, one of India’s leading private banks, has issued a notification to its customers regarding scheduled maintenance that will temporarily disrupt essential services. According to an SMS sent by the bank to its customers, net banking and mobile banking facilities will not be available from 3:30 to 6:30 AM on May 25, 2024. “Scheduled Maintenance: Some transactions on HDFC Bank NetBanking & MobileBanking App unavailable on 25th May, 3:30-6:30 AM.”

HDFC Bank: Scheduled Maintenance Notification
In addition to net banking and mobile banking, HDFC Bank has also advised its customers that transactions via UPI (Unified Payments Interface) will be inaccessible during the maintenance period. This temporary disruption includes various banking activities such as account management, fund transfers including NEFT, IMPS, and RTGS, online payments, and other transactions. As the bank website, “Accounts, Deposits, Funds transfers (NEFT, IMPS, RTGS & within Bank Transfers), Online payment and certain other transactions will not be available from 03:30 AM to 06:30 AM on 25th May’24. HDFC Bank customers will not be able to make payments via UPI.”

HDFC Bank: Disruption to Essential Services
This announcement follows a similar maintenance event that occurred on May 22, where HDFC Bank customers were informed about the impact on card services. During that period, debit card, prepaid card, and credit card services for cash withdrawal at ATMs, in-store purchases, online transactions, and prepaid card reloading were affected from 00:30 to 2:30 AM IST.
