HUDCO Dividend 2024: Housing and Urban Development Corporation Ltd. (HUDCO) on Friday (May 24) reported a profit after tax (PAT) of Rs 700.16 crore against Rs 639.19 crore in the year-ago period. The Navratna PSU also declared a final dividend for its shareholder for the fiscal year 2024.
“The Board of Directors also recommended final dividend @ Rs. 2.65 – per equity share (subject to deduction of TDS) on the face value of Rs.10/- each, for the financial year 2023- 24, subject to approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM),” HUDCO said ina stock exchange filing dated May 24.
“The final dividend is in addition to the interim dividend of Rs.1.50/- per equity share already declared and paid for the Financial Year 2023-24,” the PSU added.
HUDCO Dividend 2024 Record Date
HUDCO did not fix any record date for its upcoming dividend as of yet. It will be announced at a later date.
The record date is the specific day on which a company finalises the list of shareholders eligible for its forthcoming dividend distribution.
HUDCO Dividend 2024 Payment Date
“The final Dividend, if recommended, will be paid within the statutory period of 30 days from the date of approval in ensuing AGM.,” the company said.
The payment date is the specific day on or before which dividend gets credited to shareholders’ bank account.

HUDCO Dividend History, Yield
According to BSE website, HUDCO had in March this year paid Rs 1.50 as dividend on each stock to its investors. In 2023, HUDCO rewarded its investors twice by paying a dividend of Rs 3.10 in September and Rs 0.75 in March. In 2022, the state-run company distributed a dividend of Rs 2.75 in September and Rs 0.75 in March.
Back in 2021 and 2020, the company had paid a dividend of Rs 2.17 and Rs 3.20, respectively, on each stock. At the current market price, HUDCO’s dividend yield stands at 1.72per cent.

HUDCO’s shares on Friday (May 24) closed at Rs 258.70 apiece on NSE, down 3.29 per cent against its previous closing price.
During the session, the share touched an intraday high of Rs 272 and an intraday low of Rs 249. It 52-week high-low range is Rs 277.9 and Rs 54.40, respectively.
