Looking for high-speed internet but Fiber or broadband connectivity not available in your area? Well you can check for a Jio AirFiber connection. Launched in September 2023, Jio AirFiber is a fixed-wireless access (FWA) service that uses Jio’s indigenous 5G network to deliver fiber-like internet speeds wirelessly. In short, instead of a line of Fiber optics, JioAirber uses satellite connectivity similar to cellular data. Because of this, Jio is making its high speed AirFiber available in areas where traditional wired connections are difficult to install. Jio AirFiber offers plans with speeds of up to 1.5 Gbps, making it a great choice for both residential and office use.
Let’s take a detailed look at everything you need to know about the new Jio AirFiber connection.
