Bookings for the X3 XDRive20d M Sport are currently underway at all BMW showrooms across the country as well as BMW Online shop.
BMW has launched the new X3 xDrive20d M Sport Shadow Edition in India at a price of Rs 74.90 lakh (ex-showroom) making it Rs 1.40 lakh more expensive than the standard model. For the additional premium, this special edition model gets plenty of bells and whistles over the standard model.

BMW X3 xDrive20d M Sport Shadow Edition: Exterior updates
While the overall exterior design of the M Sport Shadow Edition remains similar to the standard X3, the former gets sportier visual highlights that give it a fresh appeal. This includes a blacked-out kidney grille and the BMW Laser Light technology with its unique blue accents. Further, taillights receive a smokey gloss black treatment.
The gloss black finish is carried over to the window graphics, roof-rails, and the BMW kidney frame and bars. The M Sport Shadow Edition rolls on 19-inch Y-spoke style alloy wheels. At the rear, twin tailpipes are also finished in gloss black. The German marque is offering this special edition model in two metallic paint options namely Brooklyn Grey and Carbon Black.

BMW X3 xDrive20d M Sport Shadow Edition: Interior updates
Cabin interiors of the X3 Shadow Edition come in a Mocha and Black colour theme with contrasting blue stitching. The Leather Vernasca seat upholstery, and the M Sport package comprising Sports Seats, M leather steering wheel with multifunction buttons, M interior trim promise to elevate the premium experience.
Buyers can also opt for an all-black theme with the Black Edition Package consisting of M Performance rear spoiler, M side strip in Frozen Black, and M side logo in high-gloss black. For those who seek a more performance-oriented look can opt for the Carbon Edition Package with additional elements such as gear lever in carbon fibre and entry sill in carbon fibre.
Feature highlights offered in the X3 Shadow Edition include panoramic glass roof, welcome light carpet, electroplated controls and 3-zone automatic climate control, roller sunblinds for the rear windows, and ambient Lighting with six dimmable designs. Safety package in the X3 M Sport consist of blind spot detection, 360-degree camera, Hill Start Assist and Hill Descent Control and ADAS features like lane change assist, collision avoidance system, etc.

BMW X3 xDrive20d M Sport Shadow Edition: Powertrain
Powering the special edition BMW X3 M Sport is a 2.0-litre four-cylinder diesel engine delivering an output of 187 bhp and 400 Nm of peak torque. The car accelerates from 0-100kmph in just 7.9 seconds and has a top speed of 213 kmph. Power is sent to all four wheels via an eight-speed automatic transmission and BMW’s xDrive all-wheel-drive system.
