Infosys has completed the acquisition of InSemi, which is semiconductor design and embedded services provider, to strengthen expertise in Engineering R&D services in semiconductor.
Infosys said “This collaboration helps accelerate Infosys’ Chips-to-Clouds strategy, by brining niches design skills at scale and will also pair seamlessly with existing investments in AI/Automation platforms and industry partnerships.”
The IT giant also announced a strategic three-year partnership with the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship, the global motorsport championship for electric cars, as its official Digital Innovation Partner. Through this collaboration, Infosys will provide in-race analytics, unlock fan engagement experiences, and enhance sustainability reporting and tracking for the Formula E championship.
The partnership between Infosys and Formula E will focus on three core areas: fan growth, technology innovation, and continued environmental stewardship.

Infosys Share Price Target
Infosys stock was down by around 1% on May 10, and settled at Rs 1425.15 apiece on BSE, as compared to the previous day close at Rs 1438.75 apiece. The scrip opened at Rs 1438.75 apiece, reaching a high of Rs 1436.95 apiece and a low of Rs 1413.15 apiece.
The stock is down by -14.64 per cent in the last three months but the stock is up by 99.03% in the past five years.
According to the Kotak Institutional Equities report of May 10, the brokerage firm has given a ‘buy’ rating at the CMP of Rs 1,440 apiece and set the target price as Rs 1,750 apiece with an upside of 22%.
