Real estate major DLF, is understood to have sold out all 800 apartments launched in less than a week under the project ‘Privana West’ in DLF 6 at Sector 76 in Gurugram. The project has turned out to be a big revenue generator for the company.
Launched on May 1, Privana West had put out 800 units for sale in two sizes of 3,500 sq ft and 4,500 sq ft, starting at ₹6.5 crore onwards. The sales have garnered nearly over ₹5,000 crore, as estimated by sources.

The project is spread over 12.6 acres and was announced by the company at an all-inclusive price of ₹19,500 per sq ft.
According to sources, the company has sold out all the 800 units. The company is likely to clock new sales bookings between ₹5,000 and ₹6,500 crore, this will reflect in Q1 of FY25, as per sources.
In the last six months, the company launched 1,113 units in Privana South, which got tremendous response from end users and investors and the company recorded a new sales booking of ₹7,200 crore in Q3 of FY24 from this project.

DLF already has over 116 acres of land in Sectors 76 and 77 in Gurugram and with the launch of Privana South and West, the company now has 78.4 acres of land in this vicinity.
It is noteworthy that the project size of the new launch is half the size of the earlier launch. However, the company offered these new 800 apartments at an increased price as compared to the project sold earlier in the region.
Experts say that the increase in pricing can be attributed to the early delivery provided by the company. However, experts are still weighing whether the market in that region has the capacity to absorb such pricing going forward.
