Vande Bharat Sleeper Trains: Indian Railways have a pleasant surprise up their sleeve for the pilgrims and general public alike of Madhya Pradesh who wish to travel to Ayodhya Dham for a darshan of Ram Lalla at the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh.
Indian Railways is set to launch Vande Bharat Sleeper Trains connecting Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh) with Mumbai (Maharashtra), and Ayodhya. Preparations for the operation of these special trains are underway by the Ministry of Railways.

Going by the reports and a few sources privy to the Railway Ministry, the trials on these routes will commence in July 2024. Along with this, a Vande Bharat train might be launched from Bhopal to Rajasthan for which the coach manufacturing work is in full flow.
The schedule for the Vande Bharat Sleeper trains will be announced following the trial’s completion by the Railway Ministry.

15 Coaches Each For Vande Bharat Sleeper Trains
As of now, three non-sleeper Vande Bharat trains are already running in Madhya Pradesh and now work is in full swing to run the sleeper Vande Bharat trains.
Each Vande Bharat Sleeper train will have 15 coaches and they will reach Bhopal after they are fully ready for functioning.

All 15 coaches will be sleeper class and that is why the Railways will be running these trains during the night. The passengers will reach their destinations in the mornings. This will make journeys easy for passengers, especially during the summer season.

Vande Bharat Sleeper Train Distance And Speed
The Railways might be running the Vande Bharat Sleeper train in cities up to a distance of 1000 kilometers only. Currently, there is a shortage of passengers in the AC Vande Bharat Express due to the high cost of the ticket.

The speed of the Vande Bharat Sleeper train will be high as compared to other trains. The Vande Bharat Sleeper train will be run at a speed of up to 160 km per hour. This will save time for the passengers as well as the Railways.
