New Vande Bharat Train Update: The commuters of the Indian Railways who are planning to travel from Muzaffarpur or Jaynagar to the national capital, New Delhi, will be pleased to know that there are anticipations about the Vande Bharat Train commencing services from the East Central Railway stations approximately by mid-June.
All though the official nod is still in the pipeline, the work on the new Vande Bharat Express trains is already on full throttle. Moreover, the railway management is leaving no stone unturned in enhancing the track infrastructure to accommodate higher speeds up to 130 km/h, with the target of wrapping everything up by May. Also, other vital maintenance chores are on the verge of being wound up to ramp up the train’s cruising speed.
Vande Bharat Express From Muzaffarpur And Jaynagar To New Delhi Route
Moreover, arrangements are currently being made for Vande Bharat trains to operate from Muzaffarpur and Jaynagar to Delhi via Muzaffarpur. Additionally, plans are in motion to establish independent train services from Saharsa to Howrah, Patna to New Delhi in sleeper class, and from Darbhanga to Delhi under the distinguished Vande Bharat service, as per a report by Hindustan.
There’s also an exciting plan for an Amrit Bharat train from Raxaul to Delhi. As it stands, the Amrit Bharat service serves passengers from Delhi to Darbhanga via Sitamarhi.

Rail Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw Talks About Vande Bharat Trains
From Vande Bharat sleepers, chair cars and metro trains to a Super App to make passenger journeys seamless, the capacity of the Indian Railways, which witnessed a tremendous transformation in the last 10 years, will expand very rapidly in the next five years, Union Railways and IT Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw said on Tuesday.
The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has very clearly laid out its vision to further bolster the Indian Railways in its manifesto.
“It is Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s guarantee that the capacity of the railways will be expanded very rapidly in the next five years,” Ashwini Vaishnaw told IANS in a candid conversation.

The Vande Bharat train has three versions: sleeper, chair car and metro. While the chair car version is already running on tracks, the first car body of the Vande Bharat sleeper is ready, and the first sleeper train could be ready in the next five to six months.
