This adjustment comes after the Uttar Pradesh government modified the timings for schools under the Basic Education Department to also be from 7:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. This decision was communicated through an order issued by Special Secretary Yatindra Kumar. By aligning the school timings with the cooler hours of the day, authorities aim to ensure the well-being and comfort of students amidst the rising temperatures.
