Below are the steps to apply Ayushman Bharat card online-
– Go to www.pmjay.gov.in, the official website of the Ayushman Bharat Yojana.
– To check eligibility, click on the ‘Am I Eligible? option.
– On the next page, submit your mobile number and captcha code, then click “Generate OTP”.
– Verify the OTP that you have received on entered mobile number
– Next, Fill essential information such as name, age, family members, state, and family income details.
– Recheck all the filled information and click on the submit button.
– Next, you will have your eligibility status on screen.
– One can also check the beneficiary details by choosing the ‘Family Members’ tab.
