DCG Cables & Wires IPO: The initial public offering of DCG Cables & Wires Ltd, a copper cables and wires manufacturer, will be closed on April 10. Till 11:26 am on the first day of bidding on Thursday, the Rs 49.99-crore SME IPO received 2.54 times subscription, garnering bids for 1,20,78,000 shares against 47,47,200 shares on offer.

The DCG Cables & Wires IPO was opened on April 8. The price of the DCG Cables & Wires IPO has been fixed at Rs 100 per share for its initial public offering.
The category for non-institutional investors got subscribed 1.08 times while the portion for Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) attracted 4.01 times subscriptions.
The DCG Cables & Wires IPO’s share allotment will take place on April 12, while the shares will be listed on NSE SME on April 16.

According to market observers, unlisted shares of DCG Cables & Wires Ltd are trading Rs 16 higher in the grey market as compared with its issue price.
