1. SBI ATM PIN Generation :
To initiate the process at an SBI ATM :
Step 1: Insert your debit card into the ATM and select the PIN generation option.
Step 2: Enter your 11-digit account number and confirm.
Step 3: Provide your registered mobile number and confirm.
Step 4: Once the Green PIN is sent to your registered number, confirm receipt. You’ll also receive an OTP.
Step 5: Remove and re-insert your card, select the banking option, and choose your language.
Step 6: Enter the OTP received on your mobile.
Step 7: Opt to change the PIN, select a transaction, and create a four-digit PIN. Memorize this PIN for future transactions.

2. SBI ATM PIN Generation via SMS:
Send an SMS with the message “PIN” to 567676. Follow the instructions received, and within two days, visit any SBI ATM to complete the process outlined above.
3. Online PIN Generation via Internet Banking :
For online PIN generation through Internet Banking:
Step 1: Log in to your SBI Online account.
Step 2: Navigate to the main menu and select “e-Services” > “ATM Card Services.”
Step 3: Choose “ATM PIN Generation” and select OTP or user profile password.
Step 4: Enter the required details and proceed.
Step 5: Confirm the association.
Step 6: Generate a new PIN by entering two digits and submitting.
Step 7: Enter the OTP received via SMS and complete the PIN change process.

4. Customer Service PIN Generation:
Contact SBI toll-free customer care at 1800-1122-11/1800-425-3800 or 080-26599990. Follow the prompts to select “ATM and Prepaid Card Services” and generate a Green PIN. You’ll need to provide your debit card number and account details. After verification, you’ll receive an OTP via SMS, valid for two days, to complete the process at an SBI ATM.
