The company has informed through an exchange filing that its board will meet on on April 17 to approve and take on record the financial results for the financial year 2024. The board will also take up a proposal for dividend payment to shareholders at the meet.

“A Meeting of the Board of Directors of Tata Communications Limited is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, April 17, 2024 to inter alia consider, approve and take on record the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results along with the Reports of Statutory Auditors thereon for the financial year ended March 31, 2024 and to recommend dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2024,” Tata Communications said in an exchange filing dated April 4.

Tata Communications Dividend History
Tata Communications is a constituent of S&P BSE 200. According to BSE website, the company rewarded its investors by paying a dividend of Rs 21 on each stock in June 2023. In 2022, the Tata Group company had paid Rs 20.7 as dividend on each stock.
Back in 2021 and 2020, the firm had paid a dividend of Rs 14 and Rs 4, respectively, on each stock to its investors.
