In a viral video circulating online, a customer at Lucknow’s Lulu Mall was shocked to find a worm in his kulfi falooda (Indian dessert). Apparently, the customer purchased the falooda from the ‘Falooda Nation’ outlet located within the mall premises.

The viral footage depicted the moment when the customer approached the staff at the kulfi counter, expressing concern about the unexpected discovery. Notably, the video also captured the customer’s attempts to inquire about the name of the employee who served him the dessert. However, the employee remained silent and did not disclose his name despite the customer’s persistent questioning.

Eventually, the outlet agreed and refunded the customer’s money.

Instead of rectifying the food item, the Falooda Nation store manager got involved in selling expired ice cream.” The date of the incident could not be confirmed.
