–Applicants who have previously registered a valid and active mobile number or email address with their PAN record in the Income Tax Department’s database.
For those meeting the above requirements, the option to download their e-PAN in PDF format is provided on the UTIITSL website without any associated charges. –The download link will be sent to the user’s registered mobile number via SMS and/or to their registered email address. Clicking on this link will allow users to download the e-PAN using the OTP (One-Time Password) received on their mobile or email.
–If a user’s mobile number and email are not already registered, they must initiate this process by submitting a change or correction request application first. This step is essential to avail the e-PAN download feature later.
–Each user is granted a maximum of three opportunities to download their e-PAN via the provided link. The link will remain active for a period of one month, and this service is provided at no extra cost.
