Rashmika Mandanna revealed that the shoot of Pushpa 2 has been going on for 50 days now and expressed that the entire team is working very hard on it.
Rashmika Mandanna is currently shooting for Pushpa 2: The Rule with Allu Arjun. In a recent interview, the actress talked about the movie and promised that the Sukumar directorial will be “bigger than ever before”. She revealed that the shoot of the film has been going on for 50 days now and expressed that the entire team is working very hard on it.

“It’s been going great. We are almost 50-plus days into the film, and there’s a lot more to do, but as I always keep promising my audience that it’s going to be bigger than ever before. There’s a lot of hard work put in and a lot of focus on the detailing taken care of. There’s a lot of focus on each character that’s being taken care of, and that’s amazing!” Rashmika said as quoted by Hindustan Times.
This is not the first time that Rashmika has shared an update on Pushpa 2. Previously, she was speaking to Pinkvilla when she revealed that she had finished shooting a song for Pushpa 2.

“We gave some madness in the first film, in part 2, we know we have a responsibility because people have so much expectation from the film. We are constantly and consciously trying to deliver that. I just shot for a song for Pushpa 2 and I was just like, ‘How are you guys thinking about this?’ Everyone is so driven to make a good film. All of us have gone all out and are enjoying the process. It’s a story that has no end, you can lead it any which way. It is fun,” she said.
Released in 2021, Pushpa: The Rise was written and directed by Sukumar. The film turned out to be a blockbuster and ruled the box office. Since then, fans have been eagerly waiting for Pushpa 2: The Rule. Reportedly, the last leg of shooting for Pushpa 2 is currently underway.
Last year, Allu Arjun shared his first-look poster of Pushpa 2 in which he was seen dressed in a saree with his face painted in shades of blue and red. Later, the look poster of Fahadh Faasil from the movie was also released. Fans are now waiting for Rashmika Mandanna’s look poster.
Reportedly, Sanjay Dutt will also be making a special appearance in Pushpa 2. However, there is no official confirmation regarding this as of now.
Pushpa 2: The Rule will hit theatres on August 15, 2024.
