Vignesh Shivan shared the first post after Nayanthara ‘unfollowed’ him on Instagram. The director, who has been with Nayanthara for over 10 years now, took to his Instagram Stories and shared a post featuring Nayanthara. As always, Vignesh was seen cheering for Nayanthara. This time around, he shared a post which revealed that Nayanthara’s beauty brand, 9 Skin, would be the title sponsor of an upcoming awards show. The post featured a photo of Nayanthara posing with flowers along with the details about the awards show.
Vignesh shared the post on his Instagram Stories to seemingly end rumours that something might be wrong between him and Nayanthara. To top it off, Nayanthara appeared to have followed him back again on Instagram. This came hours after fans noticed Nayanthara had ‘unfollowed’ Vignesh.

Earlier in the day, Nayanthara reportedly ‘unfollowed’ Vignesh Shivan on Instagram, according to a Reddit post. Nayanthara has also shared a cryptic post on her Instagram Story which has left her fans wondering if all is well between her and Vignesh. “She’s gonna forever say ‘I got this’ even with tears in her eyes,” read Nayanthara’s story.
Nayanthara joined Instagram last August. Since her debut, she has treated fans to photos and videos of her twins,Uyir and Ulagam. Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan tied the knot on June 9, 2022. They had an intimate wedding ceremony in Mahabalipuram, outside of Chennai. Many stars including Rajinikanth, Shah Rukh Khan, Ajith Kumar and Vijay Sethupathi attended their fairytale wedding. The couple welcomed their sons via surrogacy in October 2022.
Nayanthara made her Bollywood debut last year with Jawan. The film, directed by Atlee, received positive reviews from the audience and earned more than Rs 1000 crore globally. Looking at the future, Nayanthara has a few more movies in the making. These include Mannangatti: Since 1960 and Nayanthara 91.
