Simply visit a designated Airtel retail outlet with your Aadhaar number to get started. You’ll need an active mobile number, an Aadhaar card, and PAN card for KYC. If you don’t have a PAN card, you’ll need to fill out Form 60.
Once you have your Airtel Payments Bank savings account, you can enjoy various services like cash deposit and withdrawal at over 5 Lac banking points nationwide, mobile and DTH recharges, utility bill payments, and online/offline shopping.
To open or access your Airtel Payments Bank account, visit your nearest banking point or use the My Airtel App.
