Smiti Agarwal, a director at Wesbok Lifestyle Pvt Ltd and the spouse of V Bazaar CMD Hemant Agarwal, has recently made headlines by purchasing an apartment in The Camellias by DLF in Gurugram for a staggering Rs 95 crore. This information comes from documents accessed by CRE Matrix, a real estate data analytics firm.

According to a report by Moneycontrol, the sale deed in Smiti Agarwal’s name was finalised on January 18, 2024. As part of the transaction, she paid a stamp duty of Rs 4.75 crore, along with registration fees amounting to Rs 50,003.
According to the documents, the 10,813-square-foot apartment is situated within DLF The Camellias, an upscale luxury condominium located on Golf Course Road, DLF Phase 5 in Gurugram. Additionally, the apartment boasts five parking spaces.
According to the documents, the property was sold at Rs 87,857.20 per square foot.

During the same month, Rajesh Magow, the group CEO of MakeMyTrip, acquired a 6,428 square foot apartment in DLF Magnolias, also located in Gurugram, for Rs 33 crore.
Additionally, in a separate transaction, Piyush Mehta, the chief human resources officer of Genpact, purchased a 6,462 square foot flat in the same complex for Rs 32.60 crore.
In February 2023, Vasudha Rohatgi, the spouse of former attorney general of India Mukul Rohatgi, acquired a 2,100 square yard (or 18,900 square foot) bungalow in Delhi’s prestigious Golf Links area for Rs 160 crore.
