Cricketer Yashasvi Jaiswal has bought a flat in Mumbai for Rs 5.38 crore in the Ten BKC project at Bandra East, according to a Moneycontrol report citing documents accessed by real estate database platform Zapkey. It said the deal for this under-construction 1,110-square-foot apartment was registered on January 7, 2024, by Jaiswal.
The under-construction project was acquired by Adani Realty. According to the MC report, brokers say the completion and handover of apartments are likely to happen this year.

The residential project Ten BKC, which was launched in 2016, is offering 2BHK, 3BHK and 4BHK apartments.
At the registered price, Jaiswal’s purchase deal is valued at over Rs 48,000 per square foot. For Jaiswal, this also captures the classic rags-to-riches story, given his humble beginnings. He represents India in international cricket and Rajasthan Royals in the Indian Premier League, according to Moneycontrol.

The Bandra East, which was not the most preferred residence in Mumbai at one time, has not become attractive due to its proximity to the new central business district of BKC and the presence of other gated community projects.
